Cut the tails to half lengthwise. Use a sharp knife to discard the sharp edges of the tails. Season the seafood with pepper and salt. Mix the olive oil and juice. Pour the mixture on the seafood.

For this mouthwatering entrée, you should have six rock lobster tails, 1 ½ cup soft bread crumbs, a well beaten egg and a cup of milk.
