How to Bake Pork Ribs

Considered as a famous dish in Asian and North American cuisine, a pork rib can be cooked by grilling or barbecuing and smoking. Aside from the mentioned cooking methods, you can prepare pork ribs easily with the use of oven and microwave oven through baking. Baked Pork Ribs and Dressing

The ingredients for this enticing and scrumptious entrée are two tablespoons brown sugar, ½ teaspoon chili powder, ¼ teaspoon paprika, a teaspoon of celery seed and seven meaty back ribs. To make the dish tastier, you need to include ½ package of quick pork dressing mix in the ingredients.

Mix the brown sugar, paprika, chili powder and celery seed in a large bowl. Rub the mixture on each side of ribs. Arrange the meat on a baking dish. Make sure that the bony side of pork is on exposed part on the dish. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the baking dish in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven. Add the remaining sugar mixture to the ribs. Return to oven and cook for 20 minutes. Slice the ribs into several portions. Prepare the dressing mix based on instructions on the package.
