How to Cook Bratwurst

Bratwurst in Taco

Also needed for this enticing dish are 1½-cups of iceberg lettuce, a cup of grated cheddar cheese and five pieces of 8-inch flour tortillas. Of course, the main ingredient is the five pieces of grilled bratwursts.

The very first thing to do is to grill the sausages. Cook them on top of hot coals for about 20 to 25 minutes. After this, place them in a nice clean serving plate. For a little less than two minutes, place the tortillas inside the microwave oven. After taking out the tortilla, put a sausage at the bottom part. After that, also place small portions of tomato, onion and lettuce. For richer taste and flavor, place generous amounts of cheese in every taco. Before serving, pour in some salsa. Grilled Bratwurst

This is another easy-to-cook recipe that is guaranteed to please everyone. All it takes is at least 30 minutes to finish. The ingredients are quite simple and very easy to find. These include six hard rolls, four cloves and six peppercorns. The other key ingredients are one chopped medium onion, 12-ounces of beer and six pieces of bratwursts. This amount of ingredients can produce up to six sumptuous servings.

Steps

Get a nice clean saucepan. Put inside the cloves, peppercorns and onion. Likewise, add the bratwursts. More importantly, do not forget to place the beer, which is the primary flavor enhancer for this special dish. Turn the stove to medium heat. Allow it to stand for at least 10 minutes. After that, heat up some charcoals. When they are hot enough, grill the sausages. It is very important not to burn them so allot at least a two to five inches space between the sausages and the charcoals. Grill for about 10 minutes. After this, place one sausage in every hard roll. Add some ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. The dish is ready to be served.
