Steps

Pour a tablespoon of oil. When the oil is hot enough, put in the curry paste together with the chicken. Stir-fry them until the chicken meat obtains a brownish color. Soon after, add the brown sugar as well as the coconut milk. To make the dish more nutritious, adding vegetables is always an option for this specialty. Let the dish cook for at least 20 to 25 minutes more. Using a nice clean bowl, serve the dish and then garnish it with coriander. This enticing chicken specialty goes well with rice.

Portuguese-Style Chicken

It needs at least 2-cups of water, one squeezed lemon and one chopped fresh parsley. Likewise, prepare small amounts of pepper and salt. Other important ingredients include three to four pieces of minced garlic cloves, 4-ounces of black olives and one sliced yellow pepper. Furthermore, one sliced green pepper, one sliced red pepper and one sliced large onion are also part of this special delicacy. Of course, bring in 5-pieces of cut up large tomatoes as well as four pounds of cut up frying chickens.

Steps
