How to Cook Filet Mignon

Combine all the ingredients except for the meats in a small bowl. Transfer the marinade in a resealable plastic and put the meats inside the plastic. Shake until the steaks are coated. Let the meats stay in the plastic for half hour. Oil the grill and place the meats on the grill. Cook for 15 minutes to 20 minutes for each side. To enjoy this recipe, you can serve it with gravy.

Filet Mignon with Rum Butter

In this dish, you need ½ teaspoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, a teaspoon of cracked black pepper, a clove of chopped garlic, two teaspoons brandy, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, four filet mignon steaks and a pound of asparagus.
