Beef Roast with Special Mushroom Gravy

The ingredients for this recipe can serve around eight to ten individuals. The list includes pepper, salt and at least 2-cups of olive oil. Steps

Get a clean shallow roasting pan. Place the meat inside. Pour over at least 1/3 of the brandy. Preheat the oven to at least 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the dish inside minus the lid. Let it stand for around 15 to 20 minutes. Soon after, pour the rest of the brandy to give the dish a richer taste and flavor. Moisten the meat frequently throughout the roasting process. When the desired doneness is achieved, simply take out the dish from the oven and allow it to cool down for at least 10 minutes. Before serving, season the dish with pepper and salt, with amounts depending on the preferred taste.
