  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
  • 8 cloves roasted garlic
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

Handle meat properly

Raw meat can cause serious health hazards, so ensure that you wash your hands properly before handling raw meats or use gloves.

Select ribs

Choose the size  and the type ribs that you want to grill. Some persons will prefer the larger ones, while others prefer the smaller sized ones, as they may tend to cook more easily depending on the animal that it is coming from.

Prepare ribs

The ribs have to go through some form of preparation before going on the grill. You can do this by marinating the ribs with the marinade mixture of ingredients. Some persons may also choose to pre-bake the ribs in order to get it ready for the grill. Pre-baking ribs in the oven can however take away the added smoky taste that the grill itself would have given to it. Rather it would have nothing beyond the marinade sauce layered over it. Other persons prepare the ribs by soaking it on marinade sauce. This can be done by putting all the ingredients together in a larger container and then placing the ribs in the container to soak for a while. The flavor of the marinade adds flavor to the ribs when it is finished grilling.

Set up grill

If it is a gas grill, preheat to 350 degrees or if it is a charcoal grill, let the charcoals burn until there is white covering of ashes on all of them.

Season

When the grill is hot, remove ribs from the marinade sauce and add the powdered seasonings to them. Ensure that you rub in the seasonings properly, so that it can soak in the ribs while they are cooking.

Grill ribs

Put the seasoned ribs on the heated grill and cover them up using the grill lid. Leave them for approximately 10 minutes. After 10 minutes has passed, turn the ribs on the other side to be cooked for 10 minutes as well. After both sides are cooked, remove ribs from the grill and place them on a cool surface and brush them with the marinade sauce as desired.  Return the glazed ribs to the grill to be cooked internally at 175 degrees for another 5-10 minutes.

Serve ribs

Remove the ribs from the grill and leave them for about 3-5 minutes. This will help to keep ribs juicy and not let all the juices run out when it is being eaten. Grilled ribs can be served without any side dish and still taste delicious.

After trying this scrumptious way of cooking ribs, the taste of ribs for you will never be the same again. You will become inclined to trying this again and adding your own little twist to it. It is a meal your family will love.
