Handle meat properly

Set up grill
If it is a gas grill, preheat to 350 degrees or if it is a charcoal grill, let the charcoals burn until there is white covering of ashes on all of them.
When the grill is hot, remove ribs from the marinade sauce and add the powdered seasonings to them. Ensure that you rub in the seasonings properly, so that it can soak in the ribs while they are cooking.
Put the seasoned ribs on the heated grill and cover them up using the grill lid. Leave them for approximately 10 minutes.
