How to Bake Chicken Breasts

One of the meatiest and tastiest parts of chicken meat is the breast. Many special dishes use chicken breast as key ingredient because it is juicy and healthy. Baked Chicken Breasts in Wine

A delicious ingredient that you can add to enhance the taste of the fowl is wine. In this recipe, you will use two halved chicken breasts, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, ½ cup dry white wine, a clove of minced garlic, four tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese and ½ teaspoon paprika.

Season the meat with pepper and salt. Mix the garlic and wine in a medium size bowl. Add the chicken in the mixture. Refrigerate the meat and the marinade for an hour. Arrange the meat in a baking dish. Transfer the marinade to the dish. Sprinkle paprika and cheese in the baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the dish in the oven and cook for 45 minutes to an hour. Serve over a cup of rice.

Easy Baked Breast of Chicken

The ingredients for this special entrée are eight breasts, two cups of sour cream, ½ cup lemon juice, a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, three teaspoons celery salt and two teaspoons paprika. Aside from the mentioned ingredients, you need ½ teaspoon garlic powder, three teaspoons salt, ½ cup melted butter, ½ teaspoon pepper and 1 ¾ cup of dry bread crumbs.

Dry the meat with the use of paper towel. Combine lemon juice, sour cream, celery, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, pepper and paprika. Add the meat in the mixture. Coat each slice of chicken breast with the mixture. Cover the bowl with an aluminum foil. You can also use a rubber band to secure the foil. Place the bowl inside the refrigerator. Let the meat absorbs the seasonings and sauces for 12 hours.

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Preheat the oven for five minutes to 10 minutes. Place the meat in a baking dish. Top the meat with dry breadcrumbs. Pour the melted butter in the baking dish. Put the dish in the oven. Cook the meat for an hour. Once the color of the chicken becomes brown and the meat is tender, remove from the oven and serve immediately to enjoy the dish.
