Asian Spicy Tuna Salad

The ingredients include a can of solid white tuna, a teaspoon of grated fresh ginger root, ½ teaspoon diced green bell pepper, three tablespoons chopped onions, ¼ teaspoon curry powder, ¼ cup mayonnaise and ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Flake the fish in a medium size bowl. Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet. Add chopped onions, ginger root, curry powder and green pepper. Stir for two minutes. Remove from heat and transfer in a clean bowl. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Serve with biscuit or bread.

Sesame Seared Tuna
The dish contains four tuna steaks, ¼ cup soy sauce, a tablespoon of Japanese sweet wine, a tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons sesame oil, a tablespoon of rice wine vinegar, ½ cup sesame seeds, a teaspoon of wasabi paste and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix sesame oil, honey, the Japanese sweet wine and soy sauce in a bowl. Transfer half of the mixture in another bowl and add the rice vinegar. Put sesame seeds in a clean plate.
