Brush the bottom part of a baking dish with olive oil. Wash the crops and dry with the use of paper towel. Carefully remove the skin or the outer part of the crops. Slice the sweet potatoes into bite size pieces. Arrange the crops in the baking dish. Season with pepper and salt. Drizzle the crops with oregano to enhance the taste.
