If you want to improve the flavor of the dish, you should have ½ teaspoon of mixed spices, which include cloves, black cardomon, star aniseed, cinnamon, cardomon and cloves. Aside from these ingredients, you should have a teaspoon of pepper powder, a teaspoon of cumin powder, two teaspoons of chili powder and a teaspoon of turmeric powder.

If you want to improve the taste of the dish, add two teaspoons of salt, five garlic cloves, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg and a teaspoon of white sugar in the ingredients.

Crush garlic cloves. Mix the cloves, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice in a medium size bowl. Spread the mixture onto chicken. Cover the meat with aluminum foil. Place it inside the refrigerator for a day.

Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Put garlic in the chicken cavity to make it more enticing. Place the meat in a shallow baking dish. Put inside the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
