In addition to these ingredients, the dish contains a teaspoon of olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper and ½ teaspoon garlic powder.

Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and then preheat. Brush the olive oil on the surface of a baking dish. Sprinkle the salt, garlic salt and pepper on the dish. Mix the blue cheese and the Velveeta cheese in a bowl. Spread the cheese mixture over the fillets. Drizzle paprika and potato chips over the fish fillets. Arrange the fish on the baking dish.
