Heat vegetable oil in the pan and fry the meats for five minutes each side or until the color of the meats turns brown. Add the orange juice, water and lemon juice in the pan. Stir and add the corn flour, brown sugar, chicken stock powder, green bell pepper and segments of oranges. Heat the dish for 10 minutes. Serve the dish over a cup of rice.
